Brookfield CD 152 [020] in dark aqua. Crude, wavy glass surface, misspelled embossing and ~1/2" black chunk of something in skirt between "D" and mold line. Piece has 1/8" scratch on dome, 1/8" slice on upper wire groove, 3/16" ping on rear skirt (no glass missing), open bubble on inner skirt, 3/8" thin slice off interior of inner skirt.
