Am. Ins. Co. -- CD 105 [010] in light aqua. This one was a place holder on my CD run shelf prior to a recent upgrade. Piece has a ping and ~1" slice off the dome, and roughness/chipping around the wire ridges. There are a couple small open bubbles and chips along the edge of the base, but leaves the base embossing all intact. Any interest – I can forward a full set of photos showing all.
