I have 3 old transformer shells with no oil and no coil in them. the one on the left has been painted and the one on the right of it and has 2 brushing has been beat up badly, the transformer in front of that one is somewhat newer but was bad and couldn't be reused. In the right of this pic is the 7200v Cap rack that i built and it is Grounded!
