This is old school way as many lineworkers will agree ... up on "hooks" with a "gin pole", pulley and rope to hoist up the transformer. The latter might have been made by Westingthouse owing to its characteristic "overhang top" design. The brown porcelain fuse cutout also seen was made by the Line Materials Company. Those used to be called "chocolate boxes" by linemen.
