I just got this CD 296 [020] insulator, its embossed F. M. LOCKE VICTOR N.Y. / No 20. Dimensions are about the same as the description in the Price Guide. But unlike the drawing in the PG this insulator has a much longer middle skirt. Is this a known variation of this CD?
