This glass insulator is the first of its kind that I've seen. The piece is a bubbly green / clear two-tone with amber and smoke swirls in both major colors. The clear portions show as light green in the photo. This is the glass insulator from a light bulb base. I have taken apart hundreds, if not thousands, of burnt out light bulbs (saving the glass insulators and pieces thereof), and this is the only green one that I have found. Most of these are shattered but still in place, falling apart as they are recovered. Most are purple blackglass, a very few are blue and quite rarely found are examples in amber.
