A small handful of milky/swirled tramps like this were recovered from the Walla Walla area. Those with provenance were pulled from street light and police/fire alarm circuits around town. This example has exceptionally nice layered swirling in the most showy upper areas, with a more random veiled appearance in the lower body. Color is a deep blue, that contrasts strongly with the white, steamy swirls. Condition is terrific for this damage prone style. I see a small peck on the dome, the spur chip seen below the "O" in H.G. CO that involves two drips. The umbrella only has a single flaked drip ! A super rare and showy piece.
