I picked this up today at one of the local flea markets. It's the remains of a CD 317 EIN [010] (F-Center) CHAMBERS/PAT.AUG. 14-1877 (R-Center) PATENT/DEC 19 1871 SB in Light Green with a prominent Olive stripe running front to back over the pinhole. Unfortunately, the entire base has been cut off (unevenly). You can see the saw marks going in different directions, so I'm guessing it wasn't an easy job. The rest of the insulator is VNM+ with only two tiny fleabites and a small fisheye on the rear crown.
