A dark cobalt blue fizzy bubbly cobalt blue Belarusian insulator. I have had others that are much more bubbly, but this piece is very fine. Countless pinpoint micro bubbles. This is what it looks like in normal, full sunlight. Best base lit or displayed in sunlight. No damages outside of a few literal needlepoint pin pricks and very light wire rubs in the groove base.
