Has some light swirly steam in the upper threads with some nice fizzy bubbles. There is an open base bubble in front below CANADIAN (SEE PHOTO). Couple other tiny base flakes. Nothing on the surface really distracting to note. MLOD. Nice older piece of early Canadian telegraphy.
