This insulator is a CD 319 embossed on the front; "F. M. LOCKE VICTOR N.Y. No 23" and had blotted out embossing on the back. It is a green aqua color. The insulator is in nice condition but has a 1/2" chip off the front crown edge, a 3/8" flake on the inner edge of the skirt, a flat 1" chip on the base outer edge, and a 3/8" flake.
