This insulator is a CD 283 embossed on the front; "HEMINGRAY No 1 "PROVO" TYPE" and "PATENTED APRIL 25 1899 PATENT MAY 2 1893" on the back. It is the larger 1 3/8" pinhole style and has round drip points. This is the [030] listing in the book. It is a blue aqua color. The insulator is in very nice condition with only a 1/4" impact mark and associated thin flat 1" flake on the RH dome top. The remainder and drip points are very near mint + with no damage.
