This insulator is a CD 296 embossed on the front; with a blotted out "F. M." and embossed; "LOCKE VICTOR N.Y." on the front and: "No 20" on the back. It is a dark yellow green color. The insulator has flaking around most of the entire edge of the inside of the outer skirt. I also has a small dome scuff on the back crown. This is the [050] listing in the book.
