This insulator is a CD 145 embossed on the front; "N. E. G. M. CO.". It is a green color with faint amber streaks in the dome. The insulator is in nice condition with a tiny 1/8" dome top flake, a small bruise in the wire groove at the LH mold line, 2 thin flat 1/2" base flakes with one on the front and one on the back.
