This insulator is a CD 162 embossed on the front; "H. G. CO. PATENT MAY 2 1893" and "PETTICOAT" on the back. It is a deep root beer amber color. The insulator has a dome peck mark with an associated thin flat 1/2" flake, another dome peck mark on the LH side, a 1 1/2" chip and base bruise on the back base, and 4 other flaked drips.
