Smooth Base. Nice color on this one, and not as common with a smooth base. Overall excellent condition with a 1/2-inch surface scratch by the "No" on the reverse, a tiny upper wire ridge chip above "LI" on the front side (you can see it if you zoom in on the picture), and a few surface annealing lines on the inside of the skirt.
