The CD 105 is definitely NOT an easy CD to acquire, especially since its profile invites damage from handling or use. All the ones I'd seen in my nearly 40 years of going to shows have been like the two middle ones (I even had one for a while, but it had a plain dome). I'd never seen the other style, and which definitely doesn't look like they would have been as damage prone...!
