Beautiful Hemi blue CD 295 with lots of embossing's. Front: Hemingray / Patented May 2 1898 and on the back High Voltage / Triple Petticoat / No 4. You don't seen many with perfect drips with good color. It does have a tiny tiny chip on the base with out hurting the drip point. Look carefully at 5 o'clock on the bottom view.
