In the past 24 months I've come across two Lynchburg 38s with embossing that most closely match the [100] but are missing the dash after NO.38. The most recent one is a VNM light aqua with no signs of alteration - the prior one was unfortunately altered to be a near delft blue, but showed no signs of alteration to the embossing. This photo of the latest one was taken with my phone and appears way more blue than it is - it is a true light aqua. Has anyone else seen any 164 [100] missing the dash?
