This insulator is in good condition with tiny nicks at the wire groove and the petticoat. There are 8 dome flea bites, a few have white spots. There is some light fizz throughout the insulator. In addition to the train soot inside and outside the skirt, there is a rust stain around the wire groove and just below. I received this insulator from an antique dealer in eastern Montana who got it from a private collector in that area.
