Excellent condition with no issues to report as this piece is NOS and has never been used. This is a two piece insulator from Spain that is cemented together. Bottom skirt piece is more of an ice green tint than the blue of the upper umbrella. See additional photo [id=752171376] Not a stretch to imagine that happening as both pieces were most likely made at a different time from each other before being cemented together. Tough piece to come by, none in this color are showing as having been sold on ICON in the past.
