Canadian Pacific on Cardigan St. Guelph, 1945 (1)

I ran this through the colour generator and tweaked it a bit.

I knew there was a yard here at one time including an interchange with Canadian National which also had a spur running here but I'm not sure the date it was originally constructed but 1870/80s when it was Great Western Railway to connect to Goldie Mill. There was also a 2nd GWR station here too, not sure when it was removed though.

Canadian Pacific had a station nearby built in 1911 (not shown) but it was torn down in the 1980s. Today there's a single set of tracks still running along here known as the Guelph Junction.

The main Stewart Lumber building is still there but everything else was removed 15 years ago or so to make way for more condos.
