This insulator is a CD 304 top and CD 310 base known as a Coolie Hat in a blue aqua color that is strong on the blue side. The inner skirt area has some light milky wisps in it. It measures 9" wide by about 12" high. The insulator is in near mint condition with 7 drips with flakes off them. This is a very nice displaying Coolie Hat insulator.
