This insulator is a CD 303 top and a CD 310 base that is a blue aqua color. This is the rare [030] listing in the book with NO "Muncie Type" on the back. These no Muncie Type insulators are very unusual at maybe 1 in 50 or even less. It is a super item for the Hemingray power specialist. It measures 9" wide by about 12" high.
