Front crown embossed: 16 / W. BROOKFIELD / 55 FULTON ST. N.Y. {NOTE THAT THE " 1 " IS NORMAL, BUT THE " 6 " IS BACKWARDS AND ENGRAVED A LITTLE HIGHER}

Rear crown embossed: PAT. FEB 22ND 1870 / JAN 25 1870 / JAN 14TH 1879

Note that on the inside of the front skirt is a 1-1/2 inch vertical bar. Probably a machine cut on the threading mandrel.

Nice small bubble above that as well.
