This is a CD 145 - embossed (front skirt) G.N.W. TEL Co. (note the small o in the embossing) - it has a smooth base. The embossing is very crisp and sharp - one of the sharpest that I have seen. The color is what I would call a baby blue or a VERY bluish aqua. The glass is quite clean and condition is very near mint. Damage consists of small scratches and pecks near and just above the wire groove; one is about the size of a bb. There is some minor rubbing in the wire groove and some of those super skinny surface cooling lines. There is a small open bubble and several small bubbles scattered throughout the piece. The dome area has some cool straw lines to add character. This insulator displays quite well and is a nice example of a Canadian beehive - it has looked good on my shelf for several years now!
