Here's a pair of late-generation Brookfield-made CD 152s. These have a rounded base edge and come in a few characteristic colours that represent some of Brookfield's last years of production.

At left is a nice rich blue aqua example with some chunks of fire brick/snow throughout. The dome on this one has a prominent '8' embossed on it, along with a weaker 8 beneath it - almost as though someone tried to stamp the number on the dome but weakly struck it once before positioning the stamp where it was meant to go and then striking it again. This one has a few nibbles and scuffs on the right side of the crown, up to maybe 4mm in width. The front upper wire ridge has a 6 mm flake, and the rear lower wire ridge another 5 mm one. Otherwise there are just a few of the usual sharp inner base edge and wire ridge nibbles commensurate with use.

At right is a nice rich green shade - relatively scarce in this rounded base mold style from my experience. It also has the '8' on the dome, but oddly does not have the double-struck 8 like the blue aqua one. This one is in VNM condition with just some minor wire groove scuffs and wire rubs.

Now $20 USD plus actual shipping costs for this pair. I'm always happy to trade for early Canadian glass or Canadian-made porcelain insulators. I have a long-standing want list of Canadian-made porcelain posted, [id=505519866; please click here to see it]. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before.
