Unusual Unembossed Transposition U-207C

Here's something you don't see every day. I found this one all alone in a huge antique shop about 25 miles southeast of Rochester, NY. The shop was located not very far from a couple old ceramic insulator plants (Lima, Locke, etc.) I stopped about halfway through a 150 mile drive, and figured there had to be some insulators for sale there. Good enough excuse for me to stretch my legs. Well, I was partly correct about insulators there. I don't collect ceramic, but this was the only insulator, and it certainly is different. Thanks to Elton Gish for identifying it as a U-207C. It measures 4 3/8" tall by 3 1/2" dia. The inner skirt extends about 3/8" below the outer skirt.
