Left: I have owned this insulator for 32 years! It is embossed with No 19 only and is on the lighter side of cobalt blue. It contains some exceptionally nice ribbons of milk with some light amber contaminants flowing within the milk. The majority of the milk displays best from the unembossed side. It only has two flaked drips and a tiny open bubble on the inner skirt, so a vnm rating, especially for a colored signal. $750 plus actual shipping.
