Nice blue aqua Fred M Locke CD 293 power insulator with a brad/nail trapped in the glass right behind the "LOCKE VICTOR". Neat olive trail radiating from that nail/brad. There's also some snot with emanating milk on the backside about where the wire ridge meets the top of the threads. Condition is good/near mint. There's a shallow chip/ping just below the "DEC 15".
