Sparkling Blue-Aqua in great condition. Has about 4 small open base edge bubbles that do not affect any of the embossing, plus one tiny 1/8" flake under the top wire ridge that is hard to see. These sure do not come up for sale very often and rarely in this nice of condition. This is the [060] EIN under New Eng Tel & Tel Co. in the guide.
