Here are two less-than-mint CD 188 Patent-Other duplex mine insulators. Both are EIN [010] (F-Above wire groove) PAT'D/NOV. 23D 1886 SB in Light Blue (lighter than photos). Both have surface etching from being buried as well as nibbling/chipping around each pinhole along with scattered surface pecks and dings. There is a good-size segment of the glass slug remaining at the base of the piece on the right that was not completely knocked out when it was initially placed into service.
