The purpose of this post is twofold: (1) to determine if others are out there; (2) to identify this piece for inclusion in a future guide.

This is the base of a CD 280 Hemingray/Patent May 2 1893 -- High Voltage Triple Petticoat No 1 [020] It has obvious round drip points, not sharp drip points as the current listings indicate. The drips are all uniform and do not appear to be underpoured sharp drips.
