Clear color and comes with the WGM "buckle" mark on base. Excellent shape save for some light white staining. CS stood for Chester Stephen who opened a mercantile business in Denver in 1884. They sold all sorts of things and this was likely for an extract or some flavoring. Bottle is 4 oz and produced around 1901-08. Included too is a light lime green Morey Mercantile Co Denver which is not WGM as around 1910 the "C.S" was dropped. $29 and that includes postage US addresses. PP fine to email shown. Thanks
