This thing came with another item I purchased at a recent auction. It is 1.25" at base and 3" tall, about 1.5" at widest rib. Thought at first it was a bottle cork, or maybe the top to a coffee percolator due to the cavity in the top. Please let me know if you know. WAG's accepted. Thanks!
