This was outside a coop substation in ND lashed to a pole on the G&T coop's line - a spare string of Lapp discs (interesting that the brown ones are dated 1986 and the sky tone ones are 1982), a spare pole pin bracket, a spare rubber chicken post, and some wire. NO WAY could you do something like that in a populated area!!!
