An old Union Public Service-era 23kV line that was upgraded to 41.6kV after WWII (using J-D insulators recycled from elsewhere in the system), only to be downgraded later to 4160V distribution. All of these poles have since been replaced, but one 'upgrade / downgrade' pole remains just to the west.
