Here's a cool two-piece porcelain fuse insulator from Australia. These are pintype insulators that were installed on power lines to prevent power surges. The bailing wire on top functions like the old fruit jars that used them to keep the ild on tight.. When the bailing wire is slipped off it allows the "knife" to be removed, thereby exposing the fuse inside.

This chocolate brown example is in excellent condition with only two rub marks on the porcelain knife edges. No cracks or chips! Some dirt in the wire groove that ought to clean up easily.

First email gets this rarely offered example in excellent condition for only $50 plus 11 shipping. Thanks!
