These [090] No Name Canada CD 102s with everything blotted out on both sides are relatively scarce in any colour. This example is an unusual shade of dark, almost orange amber. There appears to be a very dense concentration of amber swirling throughout that has resulted in this more orange-tinted shade. There is one spot in the skirt where a small sliver of olive green shows through, as shown. Most of these I've seen have been dark olive green or olive amber. This is the first I've handled in this shade though I'm sure there are many others out there. Rest assured, it is more orange in person than shows in the photos I've captured.

This one has a 1cm BB ping on the upper wire ridge on one side, and a very small 3 mm flake on the base on the same side. Otherwise it appears to be in good shape, and it displays well from the side opposite the damage.

I'm always happy to trade for early Canadian glass or Canadian-made porcelain insulators. I have a long-standing want list of Canadian-made porcelain posted, [id=505519866; please click here to see it]. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items.
