This is an ashtray made by the Illinois Electric Porcelain Company in Macomb, Illinois. It is cobalt blue and in the shape of the State of Illinois. There is a1-1/8" brown porcelain multipart glaze-welded in the center. Embossed on the left side of the state is a star and the word "MACOMB." 5.75" x 3.25" wide x 3/4" tall, Mint condition, $175 postpaid.
