Hi folks, Just a reminder about the Triple Ridge Insulator show coming up this Saturday November 11, from 9am to 3pm. We didn't have our regular Springtime in the Rockies show because we didn't want to detract from those planning to go to the Utah National (which was amazing). So, this will be our 1st Fall in the Rockies show. Club member Sean Duffy has graciously offered to host this show at his large heated warehouse/shop, which is located at 1006 N 19th St, Colorado Springs, CO 80904, from 9AM - 3PM. His place is considerably larger than mine, and will easily hold 35 to 40 tables for the gathering just in case the weather doesn't cooperate. There will be signs posted, but it's located just off I-25 at exit 143 (Uintah St) and easy to find. Tables, admission and food is always free, but please RSVP if you plan to attend and let us know how many tables you need so that we can make sure we have enough tables and lunch for everyone. Chef Nathan Holmes will once again be providing the home cooked burger entrée, and though the lunch and refreshments will be provided, side dishes and snacks are always welcome. Though we can't guarantee another repeat of the snowstorm we had the night before our last show, the chance of snow in early November is unlikely, and the forecast calls for 55 degrees and sunny. Regardless of the weather, our get-togethers are always well attended and the comradery and great selection of insulators & go-withs outstanding. One thing I can guarantee is that you'll have a lot of fun. Since I'm only a co-host at this one, it frees me up a bit and I plan on having 3 tables full of nice sales stock from 3 recent collection purchases as well as some pieces out of my collection to make room for newly added ones. We anticipate having many collectors from Colorado and at least 5 other states that we have already heard from.
