These dimensions exactly match the catalog number 272 no-tie made by Adolfo Hielscher (a German insulator manufacturer). According to their early catalog they had an insulator distributor office in Madrid, Spain which shows this exact insulator! Unlisted in all the books and NIA website! And even better, this insulator has no chips or cracks! Only a very small rust spot in the no-tie slot. Easily VNM++.
