This U-1743 is green in color and does not appear on the NIA (https://www.nia.org/general/pifous/text/u1743_germany.htm), it has a logo that is difficult to decipher, two-part, where the upper one resembles the Hescho signature but the letter M underneath complicates accurate recognition.
