Insulator is in NM condition with one very small inside the glass crack approximately 1/4 inch on the upper wire ridge, I tried to get a picture of it but it's hard to see, more pictures upon request embossing index is [010] ,although it doesn't list in a light olive green it looks like it to me, it does list in light yellow green, asking $450 USD shipping included with tracking number, PayPal, check or other forms of payment accepted
