Here's a RARE Olive Green blackglass CD 154 insulator with round drips embossed: ASTURIAS [front] TRANSMISIONES [reverse]. This is only 1 of 2 known in this color! The emerald green blackglass are the common color found and they come with a large top of pinhole dimple. This olive example only has a drip point size dimple. The condition on this- being my last example available, is top of the line and only a few are nicer than this. (please excuse the dust on the surface in the pic).

An official Spanish military division repaired old power lines in the small region of Asturias that were destroyed during the country's civil war from 1936-39 using these insulators. These were originally found in a wooden crate packed in straw in an old barn in Spain.
