Here is a CD 297 EIN [030] (F-Skirt) FRED M. LOCKE VICTOR N.Y. (R-Skirt) No 16/[Blotted out embossing] {MLOB} RB in unlisted Blue. It's got a couple of good size potstones in the top with an associated amber splotch, plus it's loaded with fizz. Damage is limited to a surface scratch above VICTOR and a fingernail chip opposite a tiny clamshell flake off the outside of the middle skirt. Asking $50 plus postage. CK/MO.
