Here's another "uncommon common" that is often overlooked when it does surface on rare occasion. This is the Armstrong [040] EIN with KPP in a circle. I'm told this denotes "Kerr Packaging Products" and so these must have been some sort of intermediate production era before the KERR name was adopted for production of this style. I see the odd example of this embossing turn up in Ontario, but overwhelmingly just the common Armstrong embossings and not these. This example is in great shape with just one tiny fleabite on the front upper wire ridge that I can see. I'm asking $15 USD plus shipping for this one. I'm always happy to trade for early Canadian glass or Canadian-made porcelain insulators. I have a long-standing want list of Canadian-made porcelain posted, please click here to see it. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items. |
