Here is a boldly embossed CD 104 EIN [010] (Dome) 3 (F-Skirt) (Arc)NEW ENG.TEL & TEL./CO. SB in deep Dark Green—almost Forest Green. There is a half-inch roundish section of glass missing at the left side near the base that I believe to be due to some jostling in the lehr during manufacture as there are also a few other tiny "touches" going up into the rear skirt and dome, some of which have bits of raised glass.
