This piece measures 5 ½ x 3 ¾" and has mottled glaze on the crown. The skirt is kind of a dark mahogany and under bright lighting has blue speckles throughout the top of the skirt. There is no maker's mark but I have seen this blue coloration in a number of different pieces over the years. I just don't recall on which manufacturers they were located.
