This wet process porcelain signal measure 3-1/8" wide and 3-3/8" tall; the inner skirt extends below the outer skirt; the glaze is mottled brown-gray and black; and it's mint. The top is marked with incuse JUL 12 A(something). The closest things I can find in Elton's Collector's Guide are mostly listed in his Value Guide as dry process, and none of the listings show anything close to this marking. Any help with ID and/or value is appreciated.

UPDATE: Although this doesn't directly answer my questions, Joe M. offered: "My best educated guess is that this is a Westinghouse (transitional piece from Pittsburg HV, soon thereafter) using the Pittsburg date marking method. The glaze color and the fact this is a wet process insulator suggests Westinghouse, although I do not know this style in either Westinghouse or Pittsburg…." Thanks. Joe.

Anyone else?
